Planning permission was granted in December 2016 for a 4,000sq.ft contemporary dwelling. The accommodation, over two floors, includes a substantial open plan kitchen/living/dining room across the rear of the property with five bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Today work has started on site with the preparations for the demolition of the existing 1960’s dwelling which is of no architectural merit.
