Lengthy planning negotiations were undertaken by EHW to secure a very valuable permission for a 4,150sq.ft replacement dwelling on the mature plot of an existing 3 bedroom chalet bungalow. The plot is governed by both Conservation Area and Green Belt policy as well as being neighboured by a number of important Listed Buildings. Permission was eventually secured for a 2½-storey 5 bedroom dwelling, including self-contained guest suite in the roofspace and detached triple garage, on this very prominent site in the village.
