Kilburn Park Road, Kilburn

This mixed-use 6-storey development comprises a total of 93 one, two and three bedroom apartments, including 28 affordable, plus 1,400sq.m of commercial space split between (B1) offices, (A1) retail use and basement car park. The construction is a mix of in-situ reinforced concrete and timber frame with facing brickwork and rainscreen cladding elevations. EHW were appointed in 2013 as Design & Build architects for this project with a construction value of circa £17m. Completion is anticipated towards the end of 2015.
