Planning permission has been achieved by EHW for the demolition of existing shops to be replaced by a Class A3 restaurant with 6no 2-bed flats with parking and amenity space on Blackfen Road in the London Borough of Bexley.
The scheme was designed in a contemporary style with flat roofs and sits between existing traditional residential terraces. A large restaurant unit takes up the majority of the site on the ground floor with 5no large 2-bed flats above on the first and second floors and a substantial 2-bed penthouse on the top floor. All flats have balconies for external amenity space and a single parking space to the front of the restaurant.
