We are delighted that one of our senior architects Grant Teasdale has secured a planning consent on behalf of our client Euraqua UK Limited for a new build industrial unit in Hitchin.
The consented proposal is for a bespoke new build industrial unit on Bury Mead Road to provide 10,860 sq.ft of storage, assembly, product testing, distribution and office space for Euraqua UK Limited, the UK arm of the international business group Pollet Water. This new build facility will provide a bright new and modern working environment and will enable our client to achieve their planned business growth and to meet their customer requirements for many years to come.
We are very much looking forward to working closely with Euraqua in the coming months and to seeing this existing development coming out of the ground in the very near future.Tags: Architecture, industrial unit, new build, planning consent
