Following lengthy negotiations between EHW and North Herts District Council, planning approval has been awarded for a substantial contemporary replacement dwelling. The existing 1960’s property is one of no architectural merit and sits on a wide plot within a long road of large detached and semi-detached traditional properties. The new dwelling will provide almost 4,000sq.ft of living accommodation over two floors with open plan kitchen/living/dining room across the rear of the property and five bedrooms with five bathrooms.
EHW have now been instructed on the next stages of the project including a full Building Regulations and tender package.
